Friends have a special place in your life. I am so surprised that a few friends are so close to your heart that they do anything to you, in whatever way they treats you, you still like them & want to see them happy. Don't confuse it with your beloved, Its all about best friends.
Best friends take risk to protect you & to support you. They are the one who are always with you. They will fight for you with any one & will be with you in every moment of your life. Just think about those moments when you need a shoulder
your folks spill out their frustration on you
your result is not as what you were expecting
your first crush cheated on you
you are going for your first interview
you are so confused about what to wear for your first date

Not only moments when you are upset about something but even when u r so happy & looking for someone to share it...
You bought a new mobile phone
You got engaged
Got a new boy friend/girl friend
You are selected for a job interview
Your brother marriage is fixed
Your first international trip gossips
Your first adventure in night when you jump out of hostel wall..

They are there for every good & worst moment of your life.

Irony is one day they themselves become a moment of your life or your life experience which you share with other friends. No contact with them, don't want to talk to them...a long relationship with all give n take fundas...all vanish within a second...But every now & then you miss your best buddies...their style..their good & bad habbits...the way they tease you..the way they cheer you up....moments when either you or your friend was damm busy but still call each other...
Wow I am so amazed that I had all these experiences in my life..Thanks to God & please bless my friends...wherever they are keep them happy...give them strength to fight & maintain smiles...

I know one thing...Friendship is the only relationship which we create by our own...no custom no formality no big bang...just friendship...

So my dear blog readers...If you really have your friends somewhere...please contact them and tell them once that u miss them...that will be tribute to your dead friendship... :)

Professionalism Vs Relationship

There was a time when I work professionally with everyone in my office. But since a year I try to work for building good relation with my other colleagues. I got some good friends due to this. But now a days I am feeling like there are some jerks in every organisation who somehow manage to grab top position in the team & then start ruining others. My team is full of those jerks. My role in my team is not very clear due to overlapping of different responsibilities. I try to mange all my responsibilities with polite & friendly nature. But people use to think that they can deal with me in any way & they start actually mis-using my friendly nature. Whenever they have some work from me they behave so good but on the other hand if I have some work with them they just behave abruptly. I hate this double standards.
I try to be friendly with everyone but of course in return I also looking for some politeness & friendliness from them. But instead of showing that they are showing attitude. Oh my Ghosh...So I turn off this friendly nature. Starting from my team mates till the customer including all my managers I will be a true professional. I will do only those activities which are meant for me. I will never miss to kick their ass whenever I got a chance. Uh lala...I can even create opportunities to do that as I am also animal of this kingdom only....or I can say I am also the beast of this kingdom only....

Hey readers...just post your experience too guys n gals...Its good to know that I am not alone facing these things...

Next time I will definitely tell you the story of my success with this attitude...till then I just say...Hey Raj...Welcome back to this cruel kingdom.... :P
